Aerosole

The suspended particles are called aerosol particles or aerosol particles. The smallest particles are a few nanometers in size, there is no fixed upper limit, but particles that fall out within a few seconds are rarely the subject of investigations. At the very beginning of the pandemic we created an explainer on the topic of aerosols and how the environment is affecting their behavior.
